Holiday flat in Kalkar at Lower Rhine

With its central location, surrounded by green countryside, and complete facilities, the holiday flat in the historic town centre of the Hanseatic town of Kalkar is suitable both for short-term stays by holidaymakers or business travellers and for medium-term stays, e.g. for training and further education measures or renovation of one’s own home.

Furnishing

The flat is 49 m² in size and has a living room with open kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, bathroom and guest toilet. It is furnished with modern furniture for 2-4 people.

The living area has a sofa bed with a lying surface of approx. 1.4m x 2.1m. SAT-TV and Wifi access are also available.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with *** freezer, microwave and oven. The dining area is designed for 4 people.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

In the spacious bathroom there is a washbasin and toilet, a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

The flat is almost barrier-free.

In summer you can use the outside area.

Pets are not allowed.

Costs

The rental price is 60 EURO per day for up to two people. A surcharge of 15 EUR will be charged for each additional person.

The minimum rental period is 3 days. For longer stays, we will make you an individual offer.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the historic center of the Hanseatic city of Kalkar in a quiet side street, right on the green belt, but only 2 minutes’ walk from the market square with the town hall, tourist office, cafés, bakeries, restaurants and banks. All other shops for daily needs are also within walking distance.
